Explore this 4 bedrooom home design with interactive3D real time. A new build house designed and documented for a developer in Northamptonshire. Sketch3D took the design sketch and worked it up into a practical scheme. The project was then submitted for planning and building regulations approval with Sketch3D Design and Drafting acting as agent throughout the process. The site was a tight infill development with several constraints imposed on the design, these included position, height and overall appearance.
