Example first floor Loft Conversion design - Milton Keynes

The following example drawings are of a proposal for a loft conversion. The clients required two additional bedrooms. The roof offered the ideal volume to extend the habital space. 2 dormer roofs were incorporated into the front elevation improving the usable floor space within the bedrooms and a single larger dormer was incorporated into the rear elevation providing headroom for the proposed bathroom.
